Women empowerment is all about giving confidence to women to make them stand equal to men. In some societies, the concept of women empowerment is still discouraged especially in Asia, more particularly in India. India is a developing country where women are not treated well when it comes to gender equality. There are many issues that women have to face in India, similar to India there are many countries where women empowerment is not appreciated. This has been the old problem that women are still facing in 21st century. How this can be changed in some regions where women still face equality problem? According to opinion of some expert philosophers, women can’t be equal to men when comparison is done with regards to every field. Women empowerment is all about social, economic and development factor of women in all aspects when women life is compared to men. Contrastingly, the opinion of some liberal philosophers, women have got all rights to come equal to men in every field no matter it is practical life or social life. In all aspects of life, women have got rights to stand equal to men.

The equality between masculine and feminine is possible when it comes to mental abilities. Women can beat men when mental powers are discussed, at some places we have seen that women are doing excellent job in every department. They have potential to adjust in every environment when it comes to show mental abilities. Other than mental abilities, they can utilize best knowledge depending on their intelligence level. It is understood that everyone has got different mind level, no matter gender is male or female. So, same is the case with women, they can achieve every milestone. Additionally, we see them doing various jobs such as in banking sector, information technology, multinational company jobs and in so many other fields that are countless, if we start count it. Almost in every field there competency and skill level has been shown, in fact it is increasing as time passing and women are coming with passion and dedication.

Gender discrimination is seen in many societies and it should be discouraged. Seriously speaking, women are equal to men but when physical comparison is done, they can’t be equal. Obviously, men are strong physically and they naturally have got strong body while women are soft, lovely and gentle creature. It is concluded that women are able to compete men when mental abilities are watched, but in physical comparison they can’t come equal to men. But women should be given courage to show their abilities in economic development by contributing equal to men. It can be possible when they are given equal opportunities of work and respect that they deserve in every society.
